Happy Anniversary, Annick Goutal!

1981-2011: This year, the House of Annick Goutal is celebrating its 30 anniversary! For the event, they have unveiled a limited edition of their best-seller, Eau d’Hadrien. Fan alert: the gadroon bottle will be putting on its finest, garbed in golden medallions signed Arthus-Bertrand. But that’s not all! The house is also taking advantage of the occasion to present a new perfume. Its name? Mon Parfum Chéri par Camille. Remember, back in 1998, Annick Goutal created the perfume Petite Chérie for her daughter, Camille. Well, 13 years later, Camille wanted to pay tribute to her mother with this fruity-chypre composition that elegantly blends patchouli and plum. Camille told us that she was inspired by the woodsy scent of a small solid perfume belonging to the French writer Colette, by the scarlet lipstick of actresses in the 40s, and by… her memories of her mother getting ready to go out. So Annick Goutal has two lovely surprises coming for us this fall! Eau d’Hadrien in a stunning limited edition, eau de parfum and eau de toilette 3.4 oz., 89 and 108 euros. Mon Parfum Chéri par Camille, eau de toilette 1.7 and 3.4 oz., 72 and 95 euros; eau de parfum 3.4 oz., 115 euros.
